User guide
Task-oriented flows for the web app. Prefer the companion Visual guides page for diagrams and a screen map.
Adjust labels if your deployment differs slightly.
Use AI chat safely
- Open /chat.
- Ask specific questions; include gestational week or key symptoms when relevant.
- Prefer short threads for urgent concerns and escalate to a clinician.
- For voice-style answers, use voice mode when the UI exposes it (shorter, spoken phrasing).
Remember: AI can be wrong; always verify with a professional for diagnosis or treatment.
Log vitals
- Go to /vitals.
- Add a new entry with the measurements you have.
- Review history over time with your care team at visits.
Run a symptom check
- Open /symptoms.
- Complete the flow honestly.
- Read the result as educational triage, not a diagnosis. Seek urgent care when the app or your instinct says so.
Plan your day
- Visit /planner.
- Review or fill daily planner entries.
- Use food suggestions when shown to diversify nutrition within your cultural context.
Participate in community
- Browse /community.
- Use Create to author a post; keep it supportive and on-topic.
- Like and comment respectfully; use Report for concerning content.
- Open a member profile from a post or comment avatar when available.
Manage notifications
- Use the bell in the app header for a quick sheet, or open /notifications.
- Mark items read as you go; some builds mark all read when opening the sheet.
Upload a medical report
- Open /reports.
- Follow upload or capture steps.
- Read the summary alongside your clinician; do not self-treat from AI text alone.
Change settings
- /settings — account and app preferences.
- /help — support email when
NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAILis configured.
Emergency
Use /emergency for hotline quick links. Not a substitute for calling emergency services.
